I remember my parents joking about how the nuns and priests who whip them with a force that I believe is borderline abuse but they talk about it with an acceptance as though they being clergy made it okay…

Deep down I always could sense the fear and hurt they had as children—
Thanks for giving voice to the hurting children’s voice that is so often suppressed….
