😌…yes for awhile there, I was listening to several and trying to make sense of it—

Here’s why:
For years I never took writing seriously to listen to my teachers, and then in my degree—writing classes are almost nonexistent and I didn’t need it.

So when I first arrived to this desire to write, I was excited and nervous and wanting to understand it all—so I was susceptible to receiving it all like a sponge!

I like how you focus on guidelines ;-)…and yes, Medium never distributes/boosts articles on Medium—which makes sense to me.
