Yes….children grow up, they become parents….cycles repeated; I’ve seen far too many sad, lonely, bickering roommates, er I mean couples

—still together…just bc: let’s do it for the kids….😕😔—

It’s a complicated decision.
I judge not either way.

But hope those that who choose to stay together respect and understand how valid the other path is.
