You are right though, I don't think I ever hear of children talking about the world as we did growing up...everything now is indeed sparkly and shiny and so damn expensive! 😜

I must concur - you do demonstrate wonder and curiosity - it oozes from your writing. I latch on to those pieces because it's what I need to learn to do...it needs to be nurtured and as you're seeing in the fruit of your labor, once fed, it grows!
