Wow - you went through a lot; I'm glad you and your husband recuperated, hope your mom is doing better; and congrats on your son's achievement! Wishing him the best in college! Enjoy the break and easier living -- teaching and running a household is extremely difficult...did it and finished in the pandemic before move and yes it was just as horrible as you describe. I follow many teachers here and my friends all say what you say. It's a harsh truth.
