Wow. What a piece Gulgo!

I read this so so slowly—there was so much to unpack and yet the images you allowed me to build from my own life—allowed me to stop and revisit and reflect upon my own and then quickly to the future as to what I’ve done or not as a parent….

And yet I feel a sense of loss—
A sense that so many children grow with just so much “stuff” and the question is: now what have we done?….

Your last line was touching in a special way—only a parent who has traveled a long part of that journey understands how very special that sentiment that you honored them with.
