Wow Sally. This is a powerful read. Joking aside—you’ve made me reflect upon a few things. I 100% know that everything you stated about natures effects on us is true and I know how hesitant I am to leave comfort/technology —but you described your journey so perfectly I know we all need this: The world needs this. We would appreciate earth that we would all start doing what’s necessary to protect her. Our mental health would be restored and we would finally slow down to connect with each other and just omg—breathe!!!!

Powerful read—thanks for sharing with us. I’m so glad you had this experience…I hope to have it but meanwhile I’m going to start in my own back yard more often. Especially fall—cooler temps—what’s the excuse!! ;-)
