Wow, Logan...such fantastic writing and mindful leadership advice - I was blown away as always by your thoughtful and sensitive insight in thinking of all of those who are marginalized. You made me reflect upon how I also may narrow down my own focus when asked about diversity and representation - I needed to read this.
