Well I certainly can understand that and old houses are beautiful….only shared that preference —if money was taken off the table and we got to pick either! ;-)
In a brick home with electrical “minisplits” and the heating efficiency is horrible and ….and we freeze and it’s not a old home. We get away with a remarkably few frigid days…so that helps!
