Ugh Liz….that was rough to read. I read it a few times….I kept hoping I misunderstood the previous time.
I suppose I shouldn’t be shocked: we watch friends turn away from rich people who become broke—
I think there’s a hope in me, death “corrects” the crass and people do the right thing.
But —nope.
