Ugh - I just wish I could understand your mother's ways, what exactly did she aim for --- all the ways you felt neglected, and yet for Christmas they showered you with every object you wanted...

Loved your thoughts on the whole Santa thing...made me think about something I've wanted to write - but didn't/couldn't.
