Ugh, I have a real estate regret too that I try not to think of because it too makes me ill...but what a great story for "younger eyes" to read and I hope these are the ones that go viral. It's a great learning lesson - and which is why I value reading so much (among many other reasons!) - like: learning more about you - and our admiration and love for you grows too!

We all make these mistakes - as far as one could tell, that house could very well have tanked years later and the story would have been: I made the best decision and got out at the nick of time! ;-)
