Three Signs That Yelled, “Yo, You are Way Stressed Out!”
Have you experienced any of these before? Here’s what I’m doing about it — what would you do?
I just realized y’all —
I am so stressed out — and I’ve managed to keep it at bay for a while — for about two weeks. But these three signs of stress were so evident today.
So, I’m writing. We should write through the stress at times — so here I am.
Staying in Bed
I lay in bed for far too long this morning and wasted as much time as possible avoiding “facing my day.” It’s Teacher’s Day here in Mexico and it would be a grand day to celebrate a career that was my passion for so long, to feel gratitude for many teachers throughout the world who make this world a better place — to thank the teachers who all have helped my own children.
But nope — I came back to bed after seeing the hubby off to mope further and feel sorry for myself. I opened up that stupid game on my phone and played it for an hour — okay you’re right, I lie. I played for two.
