This was so educational and inspirational; I'm actually going to try a one day a week vegetarian day. I've never been challenged to that - and while I absolutely love my chicken, eggs and fish, I felt that why can't one or even two days be vegetarian days? I'm also going to try to do that meditation. Forty eight minutes is way too long ;-) -- but loved the suggestion to start small. I can definitely appreciate how long term, those who practice like your mom become addicted.
