This was fascinating; I'm obsessed about trying to get my 7 to 8 hours and I only get 6 most days and then get a ton on the weekend...ugh I hate overthinking it. But I will say - I see the enormous effects it has on me when I under sleep too many days, and definitely weight gain for me.
You provided a soothing message...and I see too, that one has to accept that life comes with changes and to learn to adapt and not be too concerned with a rocky stage as that too shall pass.
