This is interesting -- are you able to share what cite you are referring to?

into my fourth month here, and thankfully I haven't seen to many ugly comments...and i wondered if it even exists here in Medium. I'm happy I haven't seen any -- I'm sure criticism is warranted from time to time but how it is communicated makes all the difference. And I'm sure that even if it were communicated nicely, some can take the wrong way. Thanks for sharing!
