This is brilliant, Shashi, congrats on your trademark! How long from journaling or jotting down your activity to where you’re somewhat on automatic mode? Did you start of with a season and then take breaks? Did you notice when you took “breaks” you still wanted to be proactive and switch activities…or you’re able to break away?
I’d like to do this when I return to work, I’ll need this and I sense it’ll provide the structure to make sure I do not fail at prioritizing my health and staying active. Thanks a million, my friend!
