This is all fascinating! Carmellita, the writing world is new to me, so I'm the last to comment...but all to say, I found it interesting to learn how it exists and how it helps some of you.

I'm so inundated by imposter syndrome, the chat with other writers would probably frighten me to where I wouldn't be able to write...but I can see how with time, for those of you doing it for years - how it can be an incredibly supportive and fun tool!

i did a few sessions with Medium leadership - and that was interesting...was motivating that others were writing and we had a time limit and we were all trying, added some accountability - that's very valuable!
