So, Trinidadians always drink sorrel cold and they also make a ginger beer during Christmas time...both cold! In fact, I never grew up drinking it hot...

It's here in Mexico that they kept offering me the tea - so I was like, alright - this do this hot hibiscus thing...and not bad! But they drink it plainly - they don't add what we do.
