Thanks my friend but I’ve watched the numbers closely and his reason doesn’t follow on what’s happened—it would imply I have fake engagement and that’s just inaccurate.

It’s better to be transparent and just say:
We are paying less.

I’ll not like it but it makes sense and for someone like me that understand the stats: I can at least appreciate and respect the straightforward message.

Disappointing —makes me want to just not want to try harder.

Anyhow I’ll be honest—I felt this was going to happen.
I felt they were going to be shocked by how much they paid out and then said:
Damn let’s fix this.

Ugh.
