Thank you so much Mitch for sharing your thoughts and this doctor's info. I did intermittent fasting in 2018 which aided the weight loss, after sticking to it for over 2 years - I realized, I was just starting to eat more in the eating window - and the whole point is to eat less. I think for the most part I always fast at least 14 hours...been doing so long now. Will check him out!
