Yes, in excel -

Columns: name, handle, date of last read, notes, read me (this last column was created so I can't keep a tab on who is reading and commenting to make sure I pay special attention to the ones who really support me...that I started a month ago and didn't initially) -- this spreadsheet started when I started just to help me remember who is who and that I visit their profile...

When I'm on my phone, I'll open notes --

make a list of names that I'm reading so I can update later...

It seems time consuming but it's just a few seconds after each read...

It's mostly for my own peace of mind -- I just have to reciprocate, it's against my nature to take and not give...I must! ;-)

You quickly learn who follows you and then doesn't read ever again ;-)

At some point I need to stop adding names...and I have no idea what's that "magic number" 🙃😉
