I’d use exactly whatever I need to transport me to a safe place and eat; once my survival and safety secure—all would be given to homeless or directly to those in need—however i Can spread it out but I would not hesitate.

You added the following:

That’s key—nothing leads back to me.

The money provides the means to safety and then it’s a resource that can be used by those who are struggling to survive—the poor and disenfranchised. The key factor is: can they use it freely and not have it traced?

If it’s traceable—then just turn it in to the police. Pretty straight and shut case for me. 😀
