I calculated your $/min, and they come to $0.031 for the first, $0.074 for the second article, and $0.0504 for the third.

I have tracked the rate for close to 90 articles of mine from August 2022 until now. The average rate of my non-distributed stories received was about $0.029 per minute; my distributed/boosted stories averaged $0.035 per minute.

The highest-earning story earned about $0.045 per minute.

Here's what I notice --- once the number of hours of read time starts to accrue and get past a "certain threshold" (don't know what it is I've never had an article earn as much as you, the largest has been $60) -- the rate is higher. I update my pay rate as the read time accrues - my theory is, Medium rewards you and pays you more once you start getting more reads.

It's just a theory. But clearly - you have earned at a better rate...😀😀

I appreciate you sharing - it helps to have an idea if rates are decreasing. I have long wondered if writers were paid higher early last year than in the present day - due to all the complaints I read when I joined in the summer of 2022.
