Sorry you saw a drop in earnings Mitch; I’d bring that to the attention of Medium support, not that I think they’ll do something about it but because I believe in letting them know: you’re tracking.
My theory: they dropped bots whose read time went to earnings and adjusted. I’ve not followed my day to day —I wish I had to know if this happened to me.

I pay Medium to have the privilege of reading what I want. Always have read those I love—and will continue to. Some of you keep saying that it hurts—but I disagree…however as I’ve said in the past:
I respect that each must do what they feel they must!
