So well written...Fran, you had me holding onto my chest from the first few lines - ugh. It's raw - clear - and as I would hope millions would read - and somehow get it:

No one every wants an abortion

However it's no one's business - but the body of the woman who has to live with either consequence.

The noise, judgement, ugliness, division, hate and unwanted advice will always crowd her ability to make a sound choice - and to your point: sociological factors are already at play....

Anyone who tells me they are "pro-life" and then start to command their position takes the precedence of another's choice of what to do with their own body --- is automatically on mute in my head.

I cannot understand how women are some of the primary ones to blame as to where we are ...I've not thought about this for a long time. But I just know that when i do - I get so worked up...it hits me at the core.
