So unfamiliar with the era and having been raised outside of the US - aside from a few videos, I've really heard so little about that era - so I truly enjoyed reading how revolutionary it was for those of you old enough to meet it at its golden age...

Thank you for this - you share you're almost 72, and a part of me grew sad...that a generation that encapsulated, understood, and fought for a movement of peace and love will in 20-30 years no longer be here and we so need to get back to that place.

I am hopelessly hopeful too - I can't ever completely give up...so loved your message and powerful reminder. I'll listen to Woodstock and imagine what it must have been like to hear it at that time...thanks for sharing!
