HOWEVER, my ADHD kid came downstairs and was waiting for me - and I (yes, I'm the one to blame) - left a pancake cooking (it was toast) -- the entire downstairs smelled of burnt frying pan and my kid --- happily in his own world! I was like, "Dude -- you have GOT to be aware of your surroundings!"

I was the wrong one having left it too long but like I told him....yeah he has one more year at home, maybe it should be another 2? 😝🙃🧐
