… your time. Pause. Making life-changing decisions when you’re tired and emotional isn’t a good idea. Slow down. You’ve nothing to fear. Spend time focusing on yourself and your inner world; the outer world will take care of itself. Stop and rest a while. Recognise you need help. It doesn’t mean you’re a failure if you ask for help.
