Riley - this is a fantastic idea! As a mom who is overseas -- I would in a heartbeat want this service especially when my sons get sick, or when we couldn't help them move. They have become resourceful and their friends have been supportive, but I see this side hustle as a huge help for international families. The problem is how to get in touch with them...

I would encourage anyone who does this to reach out to the department in the college that works with international students and I have no doubt these services would be an incredible help and welcome.
