Rebecca, I'm often left speechless how someone so deeply in tune with herself and this planet can read, commune, and interact with so many of us who don't see or understand a fraction of what you've been able to - you chose the path least chosen. You succumbed to conditions most of us would never live under. You display tremendous love and patience - I suppose just as you stared down boars, and snakes and stood still to allow the bees to live...you too look at fellow human beings who are equally if not more dangerous and know when to be still and when to speak up.
Those "animals" I've never been around - and, as I shared earlier, "flight" would kick in and I would flee. You've given me a lot to reflect upon and consider...it's such a stark reminder, that I'm much further withdrawn from nature than I thought I was. Yes, I lay in the grass, I climbed trees and these days I can watch birds. You have introduced an entirely different concept of what it means to be one with nature. Thanks for sharing your story. It's powerful and inspirational.
What a beautiful woman - inside and out you are! Enjoyed your pictures - in awe!
