Raj, I was thrilled to see your post show up in my emails!!! I figured you retracted into a safe space, but glad you know it’s safe here too. I imagine that in a time when this world has a lot of uncertainty and so much has changed in just 3 years with life-altering planet changes….you have a lot coming at you.
I just had a 48 bday and if I could say anything to my 23 year old self it’s this:
This time you have will be magical and you will learn so much about yourself and the world—continue to hold onto what you know, and when it gets overwhelming—breathe. And say: one day too I’ll tell my younger self: I wanted you to fully embrace life and see yourself in all your beauty and potential!
We all question, doubt, struggle and that’s all part of the magic…
