One more thing John - you are such a fantastic writer!

I don't know if I've said this: every time I read you, it goes by in an "instant" - it flows, it's engaging and you have such a unique tone and voice to your writing, it's as if you have written your whole life, which maybe you have.

Please know that the only reason you may not see traction on your pieces -- is that Medium is a demanding platform that does "notice" how much time we spend as "readers" and it absolutely hurts when we don't read a lot and engage a lot with others writers - especially at the time when we start to use Medium.

I would imagine for writers who have been on Medium for a few years and have a steady audience or fan base, it then doesn't require that much reading and interaction - I honestly don't know and wouldn't have. way to prove.

I just wanted to share that because I love your writing and I hope you will continue to share your work.
