Oh thanks Jules for sharing all of this—ugh, it’s complicated isn’t it?…well, maybe it’s not to some, or to the experts, but my body is just not the same. Something is totally different and for a year I just have been trying and part of it too was : the change of life, not having a job (omg I’m home all the time, I used to teach and I was on my feet all day and moving), food is so tasty and cheap here—yet it’s fresh it’s not processed, but I too in 2021 just gave up. I had a #$&* it attitude bc I was overwhelmed. So I have to be realistic that I’m not going to undo 2.5 years in one month, although, that would be nice…I’m not gonna lie. 🤪😂….
Last year I have to say I really did a good job of being active by including exercise back into my life, I eliminated a lot of snacks and started back with increasing my vegetables.
I’ve kept up with my full blown tests in last two years bc I thought I may have a thyroid issue or then thought my hormones. But everything comes back in flying colors, which I’m not complaining about. I’m grateful and thankful for good health.
Let me know what you find out, and hopefully we can all motivate each other to walk! And darn it—why can’t we all live in same neighborhood and go for daily walks!?! 🤗😊😉
Much love and thanks for dropping by! 🤗🤗🤗appreciate you sis!! And stop it—you’re not old!! 💗💗💗😘😘😘😘
