Oh my Raine, you are one fiction writer that makes me feel I’m reading non-fiction: it is a gift that leaves me in awe, every.single.time.

What a marvelous piece, love and connection….just yesterday as we drove through vast areas dried by the high temps here in Texas, we passed an area heavily wooded by beautiful trees—and I quietly whispered to myself, “we have so much to be thankful for in trees…”—they are so beautiful!

So it’s timely to read this piece…it felt so deeply personal.
