Memoir is truly our own intimate view, feelings, thoughts and perspective of a situation and the others are characters from our point of view.
Yes we may misclassify or not see them as others—but readers mostly walk away simply knowing YOU more, and those others who keep us from writing are so secondary to the reader—sometimes not noticed.
