Oh Logan - you don't know how much I admire and love you! This is so so true...I didn't think about this but you're right - in many instances, no matter what - there will be always an opportunity or rather the desire to want to tell off another. And you're right - how many firings can you go through? it makes me think so much more deeply about those service jobs...we don't look up to them - and yet they have to succumb to the harshest of insults.

You're making me reflect upon what my mom is learning - being in her job after not working for so many years.

And I love the "kill them with kindness" -- as you said, they so want to get others to be disturbed. They want to get the reaction in order to feel good about themselves - sick bastards. It's truly maddening - but I can tell you've grown an incredibly thick skin. I hate it and I love it ...hate it bc I can ONLY imagine from what you've shared what you went through to develop that...I love it bc it now protects the special soul and being that you are.
