Oh, dear Carlos, I know you didn't need nor invite the sympathy - but it's coming your way; I had three little boys under the age of 5 at one point in my life, and exhaustion followed me for a few years...

Write it, express it, whine it -- it's human; doesn't make you less of a father, doesn't mean you can't see the big picture. Parenting is hard. full stop.
