The proposed treaty sounds like a tool for an improved and effective international cooperation strategy in the face of a global pandemic…having seen the shortcomings of what last happened and the massive loss of lives that we could have prevented.

…personally, the wars presently taking place along with basic rights being taken by laws set in motion are enough to make many of us alarmed—
