Matt, I hope this article goes viral. I kept saying, "Oh No" the whole time...I would even forward your article to customer service or whatever department handles feedback. I kept hoping you were going to applaud something - but that many rides not functioning is highway robbery for the kind of money you spent.
Ugh - I feel for all of you. I'm glad you were together and I have no doubt you had great moments together - but for as hard as you work for that money, you needed to have a magical experience period.
