Just yesterday started to incorporate stretching which I've realized in these last 2-3 years, I really love how it feels...it's easy on the joints and for someone who needs to be moving more, I see minutes later how important blood flow and movement are.

Great article on walking and thanks for sharing the research...My dad is 77 and he walks every day and swears by it. His health is superb - and like most avid walkers, they give walking all the glory! ;-)
