Set a timer to 5-10 minutes. You choose.

Pull out a sheet of paper - and in those minutes, just write headlines, anything and everything that comes to mind -- don't overthink it. Whatever sounds interesting, whatever you could talk hours about - write those headlines.

From those - write a story.

Another day, log onto to Medium and read 3-5 "For You" stories - stories that the titles sound interesting to you, from people you don't genuinely know:

what do those stories make you reflect upon? Is there a story they talk about that sounds like something you'd like to talk about?

Another day, as you feed Rosebud, or go for a walk, or talk to a loved one - what are some thoughts that come your way - jot them down in a notebook or on your phone.

Try doing a photo story -- check out the In Living Color publication... a great easy way to write and show pictures in your life, and it's relaxing and it's fun for us the readers.

Lastly - the hard one I wanted to share with you:

Those dig-deep, painful memoirs - need to be written about - even if it's for YOU. Let it be true therapy writing,

From those - you can discover some memoir stories you can share with us: control how much and what you want us to know.

You have SO much you can write about - but you're shielding yourself and us...and perhaps as you learn to tear off the shield, you'll start to feel lighter; and hopefully, the writing will flow with greater ease.

Much love - write your heart away!!!!😘

Glad to hear the challenge was life-changing -- beautiful!!! 🌺
