And yes you’ve nailed the analogy—simple and quite easy to help Americans understand what build up prior to 9-11.

And with all due respect to the victims and horrors of that day, they remember that day—the question FOR ME is though:
Do they remember the history and the what/why American policy led to that day? Do we not want to make sure we do not make the same errors so those events do not repeat??
