It's not stupid at all; the fact you can even remember them this later in life shows the impact it had on you. I dream a lot - but mostly the ones that aren't too scary....

a few months ago I was in one of the scariest I've had in awhile, I was in a car with a few women and the man decided he must have wanted to die and kill us and he sped up inside of a building parking garage and kept spinning and going faster and faster and I thought I was going to die -- I woke up in such fright!

Years ago I've had the ones where you're freefalling and in the middle of the fall you wake up -- all to thankful it was a dream...omg those are so freaking scary! haven't had that happen in ages!

Glad they stopped as you got older...I feel the same happened to me. makes you wonder: is it something about the impressionable young brain? our imaginations so innocent back then? fascinating...
