It's never amazed me more that something so logical like if your employees feel safe and valued, they will do /serve/produce much more efficiently too -- is actually not commonly viewed or put into practice. It's insane and look at the experience you showed, how long it took to correct it? How crazy it is to me that it is as pervasive as it is.
