It’s hopeful and I’m so happy for you that you are not angry anymore and find yourself a new Grace. I’m happy you find refuge and strength in your faith.

I don’t necessarily feel the “emotion” of anger as a bad one and I’d encourage you to see it as just that: a human emotion.

You learned what to do with it—and rather than react you find ways to soothe and calm yourself. Also, most of your triggers are all gone.

At some point in your life, as you get older and your life evolves—new situations may or may not? —cause you to feel anger.

Don’t feel guilty or feel something is wrong with you. Most of us feel angry at some point or another and many can’t even tell. Some of us show anger in a quiet way and for some that anger eats them within…so it is necessary to acknowledge and find the “why.”

Last night I listened to a politician that genuinely made me angry—I felt the emotion deep within. The injustice and manipulation is too far reaching—after sharing it with my loved ones and going for a walk, I was calm again. All to say: anger shows its head from time to time. 😉🤗

Glad to hear you’re content and at peace!! May it be always so!🫶🏽🌈
