It's funny, it's unbelievable to my husband and me - I was offered a MasterCard as a freshman international student, with zero credit history and no social security card, they asked me over the phone; I was clueless and didn't even know I was being offered a card; I gave them my college student ID!!! 😂 I was mailed a credit card that I kept for like -8 years?....

Anyhow - heading back to your story...but had to share my "unbelievable"card 🤣
