Intriguing piece Brett, what a beautiful angel you have on your hands, glad she’s understood, loved and protected to be who she is. I cannot even begin to comprehend how this affects one as a parent, but you wrote this beautifully and do encourage empathy and accepting of that which we can’t explain.
