In trying to teach my son independence I’ve had to have the same mental checks realizing I’m not helping him grow by always helping him…somethings I’ve done so automatically, takes true mindfulness to catch what we are doing..

I need to go back and finish read but will say; you’re an amazing mom and all you shared is so helpful. I do hope you have your support group through all you’re going through….
