Im still so moved to where you took this…when I saw the pic of Jan 2017, and I learned: JoeJohn was one of the soldiers with us that day, tears fell down my cheek.

You drew me in with beautiful moments that capture joy that we each can hold onto in our lives and oh—how I often overlook. But you’re right—we need those for the worthy—ongoing fight that requires each of us to stay the course and fight for equality, justice and democracy.
